Licenses
S- 60 License
An additional Certificate of Fitness requirement for security officers that are considered Watch Persons at any construction site having a footprint between 5,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft.
F – 60 License
Also known as, Fire watch training during work operations on construction sites, rooftop operations where torches are applied and torch operation is conducted. An F60 Certificate is also required at sites when construction, alteration or demolition exceeds 10,000 square feet when fronting one street, or 20,000 sq ft when fronting two streets or whenever the building exceeds 75 feet in height.
OSHA 30 Training
30 hours of training courses for construction and general industry teachings of health and safety awareness reducing the possible risks of workplace hazards.
